How we work:

• Our engineer receives your information.
• He visits your house to diagnose the problem.
• You will receive a diagnostic report which highlights the issues, along with a repair quote.
• Minor repairs may be carried out on the same day, where possible.
• Major repairs will require a follow-up visit. Which can be scheduled with us or someone else.
